Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day exchange policy for non-custom items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
Custom & made-to-order pieces (including engraved tags and bespoke orders) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or defective.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In the event of a faulty or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Approved exchanges should be sent to: Parcel Locker 10039 89112, 1-7 Venture Way, Braeside VIC 3195. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for exchanges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty items
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact us with your order details and photos of the fault and we will resolve it promptly.
