Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Dispatch times
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.
- Custom & made-to-order items: dispatched within 7 business days.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping rates
- Flat rate tracked shipping: $9.95
- Free tracked shipping on orders over $99
Dog tags — letter mail
Brass dog tags can be shipped separately via untracked letter mail at no charge. Please note that letter mail is sent at the buyer's risk — we are unable to track or take responsibility for items sent this way. If you'd prefer a tracked service, this option is available at checkout for $9.95.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and Australia Post. As a guide, metropolitan areas typically receive orders within 2–5 business days, and regional areas within 5–10 business days.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched via tracked shipping. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or delayed parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, Mad & Darling is not responsible for delays or losses caused by Australia Post or other carriers. If your parcel is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
